Glow Worms

Age: walking to 3 years
Class length: 45 min

This is a structured parent/child class designed to improve basic motor skills, coordination, listening skills, fitness and self-confidence all within the fun environment of our gymnastics school.  Our staff will help you assist your child with obstacle courses and games.  These classes will have themes and will be based on the principles of gymnastics and basic sport skills.

Inch Worms

Age: 3 years
Class length: 45 min

This introductory class is designed for tots.  It is structured around basic gymnastic principles and uses a variety of gymnastic related equipment and ideas to enhance your child’s motor skills, spatial awareness, concentration skills and teamwork.

Squiggle Worms

Age: 4-5 years
Class length: 55 min

This class is designed to target the eager mind of your four to five year old.  Obstacle courses, games and themed instruction combined with our innovative coaching styles provide basic tools for enhancing motor skills and fundamental gymnastics.

Twinkle Tots

Age: Advanced Tots
Class length: 55 min
Instructor approval required

This class is designed for those children who have mastered basic motor skills, coordination and gymnastic skills taught in the introductory tot classes and who have shown an aptitude for specific gymnastic instruction.  In this class, athletes will begin to focus on drills for higher gymnastic skills.
