Parties

Our friendly and fun loving staff will lead the hour of gymnastics activities which vary with the age of our guests.  Some examples are obstacle courses, relay races in the foam pit, mazes, trampoline, Tumble-Trak, rope games, and parachute.  It’s a full hour!  The final forty-five minutes, in our Party Room, is reserved for parents to bring in cake, ice cream, juice and snacks, while the special birthday person opens their presents - all with the help of our staff of course! At Pacific West Gymnastics You Have Access To:

• Use of our 15,000 square foot gym
• Supervised and structured play time with a minimum of 2 instructors
• Decorated party room with tables and benches
• Refrigerator, freezer and microwave
• Personalized invitations
• Quality Music System
• Plates, napkins, cups, utensils and table cloths in various colors
• Water bottle party favors filled with candy and toys for all attending

You Provide:

• A $75 non-refundable deposit due at party booking
• Streamers, balloons or any additional decorations
• Choice of CD’s
• Food and beverages
• Remaining party balance on day of party

Party Fees:

• 1 – 10 children  -  $225
• Additional children  -  $10 each
• Additional time may be scheduled in the gym or the party room  - please call for pricing and availability

• Tips are welcomed for exceptional parties

Length of party: 1 hour and 45 minutes - One hour of supervised and structured gymnastic activities and forty-five minutes in our party room.

All party participants are required to have a completed waiver signed by their parent or guardian, which can be found on the invitation or which may be downloaded here.
